Proposed Changes to EFOCC By-Laws dated March 10, 2007These changes were discussed at the EFOCC Business Meeting at StampShow 2008 on August 17th, 2008. It was generally agreed that they are non-substantive clarifications and therefore should be voted on by the Executive Board. The Executive Board voted and adopted these by-laws on September 15th, 2008.
